19.
Perhaps the program will change your jawline by adding muscle to your neck. Jawlines are usually more affected by hormone changes. A short look at professional women's bodybuilders will reveal this. Perhaps you're late to puberty. Perhaps your test levels are low.
Does doing the program promote these hormone changes?
For many people.
Other stuff that goes on when embracing a more athletic lifestyle with better nutrition can cause aesthetic changes in places like your face.
At the beginning when you are chugging on milk and getting though SS, youll probably get a bit fatter but with a lot more muscle mass growing underneath. Later at the intermediate stage you will probably lean out at some point, if you are not chasing the highest possible numbers but trying to balance in a healthier long term diet and some non lifting related sports activity that expends calories.
At this point you will probably find yourself maintaining your end of SS numbers, but at a leaner lighter BW. Which makes for a strong jawline in my own experience. It happened to me.
OP, while getting more muscley and increasing your endogenous testosterone levels through training may be of some help, nutrition, including the nutrition you received as a fetus in your mother's womb, is probably largely responsible for the shape of your jaw. I recommend Weston A. Price's epic book "Nutrition and Physical Degeneration" if you're interested in the background, although we done learneded us a lot of the science since it was published in the 20's or 30's.
