Sulabh, follow that advice. If your new gym does not have fractional plates, buy them. Above all, read this post before you post any further in the forums.
Needless to say, your gym sucks if you can't increase by less than 10kg, and you either need to bring your own smaller plates, get the gym to buy some, or lift somewhere else.
