Hey Rip, just wanted to show you the progress I have been making since last seminar. 480x1 - YouTube
Will do 500 by my wedding at the end of the month, still working on that 600 goal you gave me at the seminar. On top my belt has come in 3 notches. Looking foward to July. Would love any feedback you had!

Might have been a pube high. Tell me why your bar speed cratered half-way up.

I started lifting my chest and stoped diving my hips. You can even see the bar getting pushed back behind midfoot Intead of up.

One other thing am I hitting the bottom to fast? Possibly losing tightness??

Thanks Rip!!! Given you latest vid on back angle would just like to double check mine was good, I find on max lifts I struggle trying to be to upright and not getting enough "nipples to the floor"

Knee slide is a prime indicator of too-vertical.

That's what I was thinking, notice I don't have it when the weight is lighter. Thanks Rip!
