Other than taste, I respectfully disagree. The reason I disagree is the the difference in the amount of fat between normal and 2% is so negligible so as to not be worth it. Now, if you like the taste, well, have at it. I'd rather drink water than skim, though.
I'm 53 and overdid the milk during my initial LP. I just cut the fat from my midsection that I had accumulated. Not easy
Macros are easy:
Fritos (carbs)
Pork rinds (fat)
Beef jerky (protein)
With water, you could literally live on this, and see some mega-gainzzz.
Wait, where did 2% come up? We were comparing skim milk and whole milk. And considering there's 8g of fat in 1 cup of whole milk, I wouldn't call that negligible, especially if you're drinking 4+ cups per day. I'm not against whole milk, I just prefer to get my fat from other sources.
