I just googled Steinborn Squat, and you guys are nuts. Quite nuts, particularly the guy who did one with 500 lbs.
For those out of the loop, you balance the squat bar on one end, let it fall on your shoulders, do your squats, then tip it back on one end, and return it to the floor.
Sorta like making a loaded barbell to a cartwheel onto your back.
Might have to pass on that one for the moment, but I will keep doing the power cleans.
Best,

(ps Up another 7 pounds to 202. Deadlift now 295x5. Experimenting with the Sumo, as my lower back seems to be very sore now after only a few sets of regular deads. I have about 6 weeks left to go in my current job. I'll be trying to hit 220 by the end, then I'll return to civilization and do your squat program.
It won't be pretty, but I reckon skinny is worse.
Incidentally, I'm doing this without any milk right now. I was going to start chugging a gallon for the next six weeks, but decided to hold off until I can squat. Don't bring out the nitro until it's needed, I figure.
Then I should be able to make some real gains.)
