    Hello Coach, I recently backed down the weight off my squats and worked on really getting hip drive into the squat. Hopefully this new video of my squat is alot better than the last one.

    The squat is much better. Look at the difference between the first rep and the last four. First is wrong, last four are good. Burn this into your little minds.

    The hang clean is unweighted and is of little use to watch, except that it shows a problem known as a Donkey Kick. As the jump occurs, the heels come up in the back and then stomp back down into place. This is a terrible waste of time and energy, and contributes nothing to making the bar go up. Stop doing this immediately or I will have you killed.

    A-ha consider my tiny mind burnt, I noticed the difference as he doesn't start the 1st drive up with his arse sticking out, but the rest he does

    Ricardo, how is that weight 160 lbs if the outside plates are 35s??
