It's a thing of beauty. But I would use presses on Monday as the primary exercise, use a set of push presses like a back-off set, and use speed presses as the assistance movement, and use speed sets for the bench press assistance.
Monday
Squat 5X5
Push Press (6X3)
Bench Press Assistance - Weighted Dips 3X6-8
Power Clean (5X3)
Wednesday
Front Squat 3X3
Back Extensions 3X6-8
Chin ups (3 sets to failure; if able to get 15 on 1st set then weighted)
Friday
Squat 1X5
Heavy Bench Press 1x5
Press Assistance - Press 2X5
Dead Lift 1X5
I wasn't sure what exactly to do for the bench press assistance and press assistance work but I was thinking about rotating the exercises used for those when needed. I wanted to add in some bodybuilding type training into the routine so could I use those two assistance exercises to do some bodybuilding movements such as Incline press, close grip bench press, etc. Also, could speed sets be used for the bench press assistance exercise or would that interfere?

Would it get a good idea to do 6 sets of 3 for the presses on monday or something like 5 sets of 5 or 3 sets 5? I was thinking 5 sets of 5 for the extra volume that will aide in gaining size in the shoulders while still beign great for strength. Does that sound like a good plan?
Try it and see, as usual. You'll know more after you try it.
Alright, thanks a ton for the help.
