No I don't believe they come in a mens style.
I mean the program must work, but it's geared more towards hypertrophy than strength. I don't really want a body like that (I mean who has the time) but the strength part I could get behind. I mean that guy is swoll. (I'm new to the forum, is that term banned?)

Wow, apparently he has a 500lbs bench press according to his machine. What a monster.

training or dumping?
OMG...went to 4:50 as suggested upthread & after watching, I thought to myself, you know, I bet I had similar facial expressions while dropped a deuce recently.

"This is not a woman's top. It's a mans bodyfitting undertop."
Now, in his defence ... I spent a few years in Japan as well. And the culture does change a man. I don't recall ever wearing any "bodyfitting undertops" but I did have public baths with other men. It's normal over there.
Honest.
Rip, is this getting too weird?

It started with a video about an androgenous guy wearing gloves (I know he has a yellow man-bag somewhere) talking about doing nothing but isometric excersize using a peice of equipment usually found in a mechincal engineering lab. How much weirder can it get? At least theres been no mention of poop or hitler yet.

Don't knock this until you've tried it. I'm sure that it has its uses for specialized training. If I ever have to train to push against a wall, this is the first routine I would try!
(Or, the second, at least. The first would be pushing against a wall.)

PS, just bought your book, and I'm excited to be starting next week! (I still need to pick up the squat rack - the power cage is going to have to wait.)

i think public baths with other men are the norm in most countries in the world, certainly all of europe, latin america, and asia. not the middle east, and africa, well they have other rituals.
but anyway, i think we should just pretend the guy in the video is canadian and we will all sleep better (except for the canadians).

I don't know if any of you are familiar with Jim Wendler, but I'd bet he'd have a heart attack upon seeing this.
A new low for mankind.
