I know that training can preserve function where function might otherwise be lost. I know that training can preserve immune system function, and with a good diet, good recovery, and an emphasis on doing everything possible to stay as healthy as possible (i.e. not smoking, not getting terribly drunk to terribly often) you can give yourself the best possible chance at a life free of symptoms. Six years is a long time to be asymptomatic, I believe. How confident are you in the 2002 diagnosis?
