Until about a year ago: Total pansy.
Now: not so much of a pansy.
I have recently reached a couple of personal targets in my training, and thought I'd post them here, and give props to Mark, as none of it would have happened without that book.
About a week ago I got 3 sets of bodyweight benchpresses! This has been eluding me for a while, and now I'm already benching nearly 5kg over.
Last night I hit the big 100kg squat! This one has been a goal for ages, and gee it was nice to stand in that rack with 2 big plates on each side.
Last night I also pulled 5 x 135kg DL - also a PR - and MAN it works your glutes at this weight!
Next goals are a double bodyweight DL (150kg), and 1.5xbw (112kg) squat... hopefully I should have them both whithin 2 months from now.
Unfortunately I don't have a vid of my 100kg effort, but I do have my previous session at 97.5kg.
