I don't think the Chinese or Indians will have any qualms about selling to the Russians.
If they don't, these sanctions could strengthen Russia's domestic industry in a miraculous way; imagine if somebody forced the United States to once again become a self-sufficient producer, while at the same time freeing it from the current debt slavery system.
