Boeing decides between building airplanes and hiring black people: reuters.com

    Journalism:
SEATTLE (Reuters) - Boeing Co is seeking to increase Black U.S. employees throughout the company by 20% and mandate benchmarks for hiring people of color, Chief Executive Dave Calhoun told employees in a memo on Friday reviewed by Reuters.

U.S. corporations have become more responsive to complaints related to racial equality following a summer of sweeping anti-racism protests over the slaying of Black people by police.
The changes at Boeing, a stalwart defense contractor with its corporate headquarters in Chicago and largest factories in Washington state and South Carolina, appeared to mark the first concrete steps by the planemaker to address the issue.

"We understand we have work to do," Calhoun said in the memo, which was released on the 57th anniversary of civil rights leader Martin Luther King Jr's "I Have a Dream" speech and included references to the police shooting of Jacob Blake in Wisconsin on Sunday.
If only the "work" was keeping their planes from falling out of the sky.

Glaciers are a real source of concern for researchers, and not only because of the rise in sea levels caused by their melting. The global warming that threatens the world's great glaciers could also release viruses and bacteria trapped for thousands of years in the ice and potentially dangerous for the existence of life on Earth.

Check this out. The fix is already in.

There is no opposition to the crazy socialists running this state, other than the ones in jail.

I don't think he is able to surround himself with the right people; they will not allow this to happen.
It is up to individual efforts that require the coordinated action of many citizens, like Col. Macgregor's Our Country Our Choice project.

Don't be pithy, Yngvi. Of course immigration policy is important. It was just much more important before there were 30 million plus already here, and we weren't facing the largest logistical problem in human history on how to get them back to their origin countries. Nevermind that removing them all too rapidly would cause a near instant collapse of agricultural production and processing that would starve hundreds of millions of people.
I'm not even advocating for amnesty. I'm just pointing out it's a little late to worry about it today. At the very least it's a problem that would take decades to "fix" even if you could drop the influx to zero fight now, and, if America has proved one thing repeatedly and consistently, it's that we can't be counted on to do anything past the next election cycle or two.
    I'm not buying it.
No, it would not cause mass starvation or agricultural problems; in fact, food would be more abundant and prices would go down (how many fewer mouths would be have to feed with food stamps???)
No, it would not cause economic problems; in fact, our economy would greatly improve (No more undercutting the American worker's wages!)
Yes, it is possible to send them all back and to do it quickly; if we spent even half of what we do on their welfare gifts, it would take less than 5 years.

We got along just fine before them and we will flourish in the future if we can rid ourselves of them.

This is the only time left to worry about it; the time it can be changed is only before they are numerous and powerful enough to "assert dominance" as the Muslims in Britain openly proclaim they are doing.
As they say in the Democratic People's Republic of South Africa:
Democracy in a multicultural society is merely a headcount of the different ethnic groups in the country.

As they say in the Democratic People's Republic of South Africa:
Do you live in such a place? Because I do. And the rest of the state is the same or worse. And it appears the surrounding states. The local farms, truck drivers and processing plants are all dependent on illegal immigrants to have enough bodies to function. One particular industry has somewhere on the order of three to four thousand workers in the city and county once you account for supporting industry. If you took them away, that would be the loss of 1/3 of the municipal population.

It would also mean collapse of the local economy and many farms. Recently, Walmart dropped one of the processing companies as a primary supplier. It caused the plant to go from a six day week to a five day week. A loss of those plants and farms would equate to roughly a quarter of the total revenue in the area, which means county and municipal government would likely find themselves in the situation of mass furlough. Probably including first responders and the jail.

Nearly every major agricultural or industrial sector here would be affected, though. The next three largest are the hospital system, Walmart and the banks. And this has been the case since the 90s. The average *household* income here is ~35k/yr., and somehow every single business, small or large... local or franchised... is hurting from lack of available and competent workforce. The going rate on a tiny apartment in the rough part of town is now $750-1000 dollars a month.

So, where are places like this supposed to dig up an extra quarter of their population? Who is this mythical American worker willing to move into a poor rural community and freeze their ass off gutting and hanging chickens for $14 dollars an hour? Especially when they have to actually pay taxes and are less likely to receive "financial assistance" from the government, or otherwise be *wholely dependent* on the state and federal government to survive out here.

So, I guess what I'm saying is you can "not buy it" all you want to, but it sure must be nice living on that level of utter denial of how severe the situation has become. We won't bother touching on the fact that rampant unchecked illegal immigration with virtually no controls or impedance has lead to one of the largest human trafficking (especially sexual trafficking and child trafficking) in human history. Nor should we discuss how much more difficult and expensive it would be when you're pushing the rope.

Yngvi, you're correct that roundups and deportations could start tomorrow.

David's also correct that this is simply fantasy under the current democratic system. All of you just saw the state of the Republican National Convention and the values which were represented. A Sikh prayer. A twerking Black whore with facial tattoos. Homosexuals. Trannies. And a whole lot of Judaism.

The "conservative" political elite care more about signalling egalitarian principles, and promoting inter-faith/inter-ethnic harmony and how they're less racist than the Left than actually doing anything - certainly anything which involves mass arrests and train cars. Turn up and vote for Trump because you see him as the lesser of two evils if that helps you sleep better, or if you have an intellectual disability and still believe he is motivated by something noble. BUT PLEASE REALISE nothing ever happens in electoral politics. Anyone presented to you, who you can watch on TV, and vote for in this two-party system - is containment. This is what people in this thread need to learn.

There was a certain energy behind Trump in 2016. He alluded to things which appealed to conservative Americans who wanted to return the country to a time when it was a White majority country, and had ideals, values and culture which reflected those of its people. Let's move on from that. Accept the reality that in the West demographic change has happened, and our daily life will continue to be a low-level civil war. Anti-White violence and crime will increase. Terroristic stabbings/incidents in European towns and cities will continue. The system will never be governed by an elected representative who shares your concerns, ideals and culture - it will be managed by experts. You, and all the newly documented countrymen flooding in, will be managed. The political debate won't be about the direction of the nation - it will be a never-ending conversation about what our managerial elite have already implemented - without your input or even consent.

What can you do? Switch off from electoral politics. Actively stop yourself from indulging in the latest political news cycle, and stop being retarded. Stop talking about bullshit like hot civil wars, SHTF collapse, Republican Party Caesars.
