I suggest that you get a less nauseating screen name.

That's no way to talk to a Doctor! It's French - Crappants (the 's' is silent).

If you are correct, what an unfortunate thing for the French.

the screenname is a result of squatting heavy in pants
    (not yet happened).

The squatting heavy, or the crapping in the pants? One is necessary for PL training, the other quite detrimental.

Detrimental, yes, but quite funny if you are like me and find humor in the misfortunes of others. It's the funniest when it isn't you and you are at a safe distance, and it doesn't occur on the platform or warm up room.

Best way to set up TM for PLing (IMHO):

    Mon
    Cleans 5-6 x 3
    Squat 5 x 5
    Bench 5 x 5

    Weds
    Squat or Front Squat - 2 x 5 or 3 x 3
Press 5 x 5 (although this is being debated/discussed on another thread)
    Pull Ups x 50

    Friday
    Squats 1 x 5, 3, 1
    Bench 1 x 5, 3, 1
    Deads 1 x 5, 3, 1

Following this schedule, it is no problem to plug meets into the schedule, as you are well adapted to doing Squat/Bench/Dead as you last high intensity workout of the week. You just treat the meet like another workout, except it will be on Saturday instead of Friday, giving you one extra day of rest.
Rotate each week between 5's, 3's, and 1's on the intensity day. Before meets you might want to cut down on the volume/intensity of the presses on Weds and possibly cut down or eliminate the pull ups.
