Yes, this is a silly question. Does it matter if it's a traditional diet soda vs a Zevia, as an example?

It matters to me.
Poorly worded question...do you know if the consistency is different with a regular diet soda vs a zevia? I'm going to try it out, but figured I'd ask as well.
Sorry, a second question... Does consuming ~70g of wpi destroy your gut?
WTF is Zevia? And it never destroyed mine.
Zevia is a soda with Stevia extract, no aspartame. And all the Stevia drinks are 'clear' like sprite. They are (probably) over priced sodas with none of the supposed health risks of diet soda. I rarely drink soda (diet or regular).
What “health risks” are you referring to? As far as I know, we don’t know that stevia is any less harmful than any artificial sweetener. In fact, stevia makes it all the way through the digestive tract, to the colon, which could give you flushing syndrome a.k.a. The mudd butt.
I'll bet vanilla protein with the orange soda tastes delicious. Like orange creamsicle.
I'll be getting soda on my way home today, and report back with my findings.
Mixed fanta, vanilla ice cream flavored whey, and cream.
Good shit, 10/10
