As I approached the end of my NLP some dudes decided to close everything here, even though you're only allowed to enter vaccinated. Is there anything you would advise me to do for the next couple of weeks when i can't squat or deadlift? I have around 45kgs weight at home which I usually carry to the calisthenics park to do some weighted dips and pullups. But i feel like i will lose a significant amount of strength in my lower body if I'm not doing anything. I know you're not a fan of that stuff, but would you do some weighted pistol-squats to keep some strength?
