I've read SS and Programming and after adjusting my squats per your instruction, I have no hip joint pain whatsoever, my knees aren't rotating into position on the way up anymore, and with the grip that you demonstrate, I don't have scrapes near my traps, even with a gnarly-knurled bar.
And while I thought your approach to overhead presses was really strange, I tried it anyway. Lo and behold, I have no shoulder joint pain after going heavy, which was a constant issue in the past.
I'm looking forward to the day that my REAL squat poundages match the partial squat figures from my previous life.
That day is fast approaching.
