    Hi, Rip,

    Enjoyed the sandwich video and have watched it several times already.
    Question: Do you have a recipe for the roast pork you featured in this episode? Did you use a pork belly or loin?

    Hope you remember me. I worked out a handful of times at WFACe prior to COVID and competed in two strength meets where you told me to EAT MORE! Ha!

    That pork roast is called a "Boston Butt" -- a shoulder roast. Overnight in the oven at 225.

    Am I remembering correctly...didn't you say once that you can put the BB in the oven frozen, and let it do it's thing?

    (Can't wait to slow cook/smoke a butt on my egg...)
