Curious to know what Rip or Stef think about the usefulness of Dexa scans. Are there some body types, or height/weight variations that are more inclined to get inaccurate results, or is it more likely that the test administrator messes up the interpretation of the data? Are these tests useful for just a one time assessment, or is it more about the results over multiple assessments throughout training?

It's always good to be crystal clear as to what you are going to DO with the information ... assuming the measurements and the error bars are accurate.
Most information would be better termed unformation.
