    Hi Rip,

If you had to pick between the 4 main lifts that develop strength, the squat, deadlift, bench press, and press, which one would you not do and why?

I get that all of these are in the program for a reason, but you have to pick one

If you had to choose one food to eat from now on, what would it be? You HAVE to choose one.

So you're asking for one lift to remove from the program? I guess bench is probably the least essential.

Are you just asking for fun, or are you actually planning on dropping one of the lifts?

If you were stuck by yourself on a desert island, what 5 albums would you have?

I have never read a statement so vile. Rip, can you please ban anticausal?

Only one song, forever and eternally looping on your playlist?

Off the top of my head: Admit It, by Say Anything. But I'm 40, the oldest possible of the Millennials.

And the lift you wish to dish is just the one that's the most difficult for you to see progress on at the moment, which is killing your motivation to keep pushing or pulling back on that bar. Zoom out and think of your 1-month, 1-year, or 3-year goals instead of short-term like workout-to-workout or week-to-week and that de-motivating feeling will disappear. And for me that lift has changed at various points in my training and I'm sure it will for the OP, too.

If you could have only one girlfriend, from when you were 10 on, who would she be? It has to be a girl.
