Hey rip. I’m 5’11 and 198 29 years old. Did NLP last year around November to January. Injured back hauling out deer out of woods and stopped your program to heal. Stupidly because of move and other life changes did not pick back up. Took bench from 185 -205, squat 225-280, deadlift 285-325 all of these in reps. Got weight from 175 to 192 in that time period. I am now 198 not all muscle of course because of layoff.
Given that how much higher should I take my weight? Also How quickly should I reach those numbers I had last year in this years NLP?
