You're all over the place here, McBee. You started with statements challenging the assertions of others, and the SS model in general, like "Leg press is actually the best choice for the 2 factor model.", "The smart money would add chest press and pulldown/row for maximum stimulation.", and agreeing with a statement (that was probably offered sarcastically) about the 2-factor model becoming obsolete. You are responding to challenges to your assertions with further assertions and "clarifications" that introduce new and undefined terms.
This is why you're coming across as either a troll or an AI.
I will point out that you may instead be someone who is communicating ineffectively, which is why I bring up these points. If you are in this last category, then bringing them up explicitly can serve to help you understand the responses you are receiving. You would be better off in this case to write out your thesis statement and supporting points clearly for discussion, and consider the responses thoughtfully, not to mention read the material on the method here carefully.
If you are an AI, then there's nothing further to say. If you are a troll, then you're wasting time, and not doing it with much style.
