97 Year Old Starting Strength Gym Member Featured in the News

One our favorite members here at Starting Strength Cincinnati, Merce, was featured on the local news this past Tuesday.

What's interesting is that to outsiders what Merce is doing appears to be unbelievable. But to those inside our gym community, it's perfectly normal. We see it everyday...and not just with Merce. We have people of all ages and abilities training with us and getting measurably stronger. You simply need to work with great coaches, using the best method in existence for strength development, in an environment full of supportive and wonderful people. In other words...you need to come to a Starting Strength Gym.

The impact that training with us has had on Merce's quality of life is astounding, but she's not an anomaly. She's just doing the work, but most of you already know this. Everyone can get stronger...and Stronger is Better!
