    Good afternoon all.
About a month ago I was benching 292.5x2x2. Everything felt great after that last set. Later that evening I noticed a pretty intense pain starting in the tip (olecranon) of my right elbow. It’s not so bad that I can’t train, but I certainly take notice of the pain when I do. The warm up sets are pretty painful up until I get through the first work set. After that first set, it tends to back off a little.

The worst part is if I accidentally hit it on a car door or anything, it’s an instant lightning bolt up thru my arm. Even rolling over and getting myself out of bed has been interesting this last month.

Question is, do I just keep pushing through the pain and continue to train? I assume at some point like all tendonitis, it will eventually get better. I have used the chin-up protocol several times in the past for epicondylitis and have had great luck with it.

Would this be appropriate in this case?

    Appreciate any help.

I don't know if it would work for triceps tendonitis, but try it. You'll know pretty soon.
