I usually don’t respond to comments on the podcast or the boards, but after listening to “Comments From The Haters” from the most recent podcast, I had an interesting thought.

I have a question for those individuals who criticize the physique of the SS Staff and SS Coaches and say they’d never take advice from someone who looks the way they look. However, according to their comments and rebuttals these people imply they “believe” in the CrossFit method originated by Greg Glassman, also implying they would take his advice.

To these people I have to know, “HAVE YOU EVER SEEN Greg Glassman’s PHYSIQUE?” I mean, who wants to look like that guy?

I don’t know, maybe I’m “out of touch” and way off here.
