Elbow pain with Chins
I’m at the point in the NLP to add chins into the program, but the last time I tried them (months ago) I had a lot of pain in both elbows. I’ve never been able to completely straighten my arms out, is this pain just from adapting to chins and the stretch on my elbows? Or should I avoid chins and do something else?

Do you have access to a lat machine to warm them up?
