    Excellent internview here Rip: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hB6-GZ8Xjd4.

Lot to review there and most of it pretty consistent since then, I've tried to provide the "chapters" here:

    4:23 Middle aged Years
    9:13 Approaching Failure

    16:49 Nutrition in your 50's
    17:54 Natural Lifters
    19:05 High volume
    21:45 Push the envelope
    23:38 Training vs exercise
    26:41 Safety
    28:33 Winning vs safety
    31:48 Bench Press
    35:37 Supplements
    42:44 Trendy stuff
    47:30 Common mistakes
52:15 How strong can I get

    Thank you.

I guess I'd have to watch it again. Later.

AFAICT, all or almost all of it is consistent with everything I've seen since then. Thought it was a great overview going into detail when needed, one of those things I'm gonna bookmark so I thought I'd ask.

I should've narrowed it down.. The notes I took to review:
    - For older folks, volume is the recovery killer, but some high intensity work must be done. I guess that is pretty obvious, no questions for this one unless there's something else to add since then.
    - Fish oil. Anything change with this recommendation?
    - Glucosamine & chondroitin (never tried it but guess I could). Works for about 50%. Do you still feel it's worth a try?

    Thanks again.

All three of these things are still valid.
