Covid X 2
Ok Rip. 2x Covid the past 1.5 years. 1 was Long Covid. The main effect was that it made me too tired to do anything.
Even though I was tired, I tried a bit of weight training last night. OHP bar only. 2 reps. Squat bar only 5 reps. deads 95Lbs 5 reps.
I can feel the my future strength gains can outpace my being tired all. There is light at the end of the tunnel.
Any advice?
