Biography:

Farm bred and cornbread fed strong. No real weight training to this point. Born and raised in West Virginia. Moved to Kentucky to go to college. After meeting my wife and 25 years later - we have 6 children. I am as much from Kentucky as West Virginia. That gives most folks twice the jokes they can tell about me. In Arpil of 2011, I fell from a roof during my work as an insurance adjuster, shattering both my legs, incurring pilon fractures. Despite a dismal forecast by ortho surgeons and physical therapists, I decided to take my burden up and change things myself. That is how I have come to here.
