Born in a very small town in the swedish highlands, grew up pretending I was a viking (I'am, I figured out at the age of 18, family goes back before Sweden was converted to christianity).
190 cm tall, that is 6'2" aprox...
weighs about 80 kilograms, don't have a clue to what that is in pounds. (eating like a horse and gaining slow)
Got interested in Strongman training last winter. Started to train with compound exercises and abandoned the "body building stuff" and the machines I had been doing for a couple of years without results. Abandoned the 5x5 Stronglifts by some dude named Medhi. I started SS a few months back.. I'm still new to strength training so I'm here looking for tricks and advice to get as strong and heavy as I can become.
