I used to live and train in Wichita Falls at the athletic club from 2009-2015 when I decided to join the U.S Army. My best lifts while at the athletic club were 560x5 Sq, 565x6 Dl, a 285 lb press, 170kg c and j, 135kg snatch, and a 330x5 bench.
