Biography:

I currently train with Alex Kennedy at Atlanta Barbell in Atlanta, Georgia. I began strength training with Dee Campanella in 2013 to rebuild after I herniated a disc in my neck. She got me excited about barbell training and in 2014, I went through the novice progression with Alex.
