I'm a 37 yr-old recovering tall/skinny who averaged 160 lbs between age 20 and 35 at 6'1". SSLP got me to 195 lbs., and continued work has me currently tipping the scales at 210 lbs. I've been to a Starting Strength seminar and have started coaching people as well as pitching in around here on the technique sub-forum.
