High school: Football and powerlifting. Coached by my ex-bodybuilder Pastor which established my lifting base of knowledge for the rest of my life.
College: Bro splits at the college rec center
Post College: P90x/insanity and running 4-5 days a week.
Planet Fitness: About 1 year which awakened the desire to start lifting heavy again but obviously that setting has massive limitations.
Crossfit: 1 month because I was curious, realized almost immediately it was a bad, bad, bad idea.
SS: After years of wanting to squat, press and deadlift but not having the equipment to do so I built a garage gym and got started, almost immediately started doing "the program". Now everything has changed. I definitely regret not starting strength training earlier but don't think that my journey here with my "exercising" past was a waste. Forward and onward!
