Biography:

I am a SSC in the UK and moderator for the Starting Strength Technique Forum.
I am based in Surrey and Kent but also arranging coaching for around the UK.

I coach in-person and online to a variety of clients in the UK and worldwide with 1:1 video calls or online coaching membership.

I coach young athletes all the way through to masters and I am based near Guildford in the south of England.

I've authored articles on health and training as well as producing technical videos for my website and Starting Strength.

I present wellbeing talks influenced by strength training and the Starting Strength Method.
