mid 30s white male. used to swim up to college (only D-III and not particularly good). Professionally i do software eng and related things. Lifted on and off over the years on BB split type progs but usually only about 3 or 4 months at a time.
I think CF is kind of cool though i don't do it myself. I Should do more mobility stuff...
Have been doing SS since May '11
I'm fat at 6' 0" and ~250.
As of 7/2011 my sets of 3x5 squats have been as high as 290 and my DL 315.
