    Family of four, my husband eats two meals a day from take-out while working. We spend 2k ish a month on food. Maybe a little more.

    I would guess I spend around 300 - 400 outside of supplements which I probably spend another 200? + maybe? Just for me.

    I initially thought holy F%$K, but then I did the math at $10/meal out = $400mo to take out. I think $10/meal is conservative. Now I remember why I pack a lunch.

    Spending AUD220+/week to get four packaged meals per day delivered as the base of my diet.

    Then add things bought on the run (iced coffee, froyo, and gelato) to fuel gains.

    Plus starbucks, he drinks bottled water, etc. And we eat don't eat a lot of fast food, so even the take-out he gets at work will be like the wholefoods salad bar or something like that which is $$.

    $150-$200 for groceries (for 1) if I buy everything.

    $55 for BCAAs+CM (mix myself), beta alanine, creatine, D-Aspartic (cycled), liquid D3 and fish oil.
    $0-$55 on other supplements and digestive aids.
