    Default Whey and Stomach Issues & True Nutrition

    I took your recommendations to heart by first getting a 3 lbs tub of Dymatize ISO 100 a while back and when that experiment seemed to go well, getting a 5 lbs bag of True Nutrition whey isolate. However, it turns out that the True Nutrition bothered my stomach more than the Dymatize stuff. What gives? They are both WPI, so theoretically are both devoid of beta lactalbumin. Milk has always given me some trouble with strange headaches and tiredness and whey is still giving me stomach trouble. Am I just doomed to consume egg protein powder or eating pounds of flesh and eggs to get my 210 g protein a day?

    I have no idea what is or isn't in true nutrition's WPI, but most commercial blends have some digestive support. Ultimately, if you tolerated Dymatize before, I'd recommend going back to that. Also, 210g of protein per day is pretty easy to get w/o shakes if you can eat 4-5 square meals a day. Powder just makes it a bit more convenient.
