What time of the day are you training? What do you eat post workout?
I will on occasion become excessively sleepy after my workouts.
My guess is that this is nutrition related. Perhaps low blood sugar or depleted glycogen stores?
I typically eat a large bowl of oatmeal with honey and PB with a cup or two of coffee preworkout.
Should I just be concentrating more on a high carb post workout meal? Maybe sipping on Gatorade during workouts?

I train about an hour and a half after I wake up. I work nights so this means usually around 12:30pm.
Post workout meal is typically an ensure immediately after followed by eggs and milk.
And now that I am reading that I realize that is nowhere near enough carbs. So, yeah, lol
Just read your to be a beast article. If I'm reading it correctly oh oils be eating 400g of carbs daily.
I'm willin to bet I'm getting nowhere close to that, even with GOMAD. I'll up my carbs and see what happens.
I assume after what you have recently been through, you have had pretty extensive blood-work done. How is your thyroid functioning? Other hormone levels (testosterone, cortisol etc)?
