I apologize ahead of time because i dont have the necessary amount of posts but i cant find an answer to this question by searching
Im currently underweight for my height (im actually a hardgainer and have been skinny all my life) and im going to begin starting strength along with GOMAD for my nutrition plan.
Im alittle confused on how long i should run GOMAD, is it until i reach my 'healthy' bodyweight? or do i run GOMAD until i reach my goal bulk weight?

I should keep GOMAD going with the starting stregnth program until i cannot add anymore weight to the bar?
