Anecdotally, Im reasonably overweight (30%+ BF), I was going fine with recovery when "auto regulating" but I was putting on weight (waist diameter, starting to not fit in my shirts) I cut my calories to an average of 2,700 which stopped the weight gain, but seemd to hinder progress/recovery. Last week, I added a morning and night time serve of 28g of WPC, and I have been feeling amazing, and have been loosing roughly 0.1kg per day over the past week.
