Cramps
Hi Jordan,
I get debilitating cramps a lot during/after workouts. It's especially common when I bench after squatting (cramps in quads and abductors when I bend at the knees to get into an arch).
It's not just limited to this, though. I get bad ab cramps sometimes after workouts to the point where I can't bend at the waist.
Is there anything I can do nutrition wise to prevent them? Seems like there's a lot of pseudoscience on this subject.
(And yes, I'm considering benching before I squat from now on.)

When are you training and have you ever had this before with other physical activity?
