Vegetable variety
Hi Robert, just a general question about veggies - how important is vegetable variety when trying to eat healthy? I eat plenty of broccoli, but that's really the only vegetable I eat.
Thanks

It's important from the standpoint that you get a variety of micronutrients from different vegetables. For instance, red bell pepper is a great source of vitamin C. Much better than oranges despite their popularity. Kale and leafy greens are a good source of vitamin K. The list goes on. The fact that you are eating one is a step in the right direction though.
