Meat and fruit diet
Hi Robert, what’s your opinion on the new diet trend where all one eats is beef, organs, kefir, honey, and tons of fruits? (made popular via accounts on Instagram) Is this sustainable for weight training or even sustainable in general? Why do you think so, or not? I did try this for a year before I started weight lifting but could not continue while lifting weights. I basically was fatigued after 4 sessions of weight training.

I don't see a huge problem with those food choices. Fruits have plenty of carbs and meats and organ meats have plenty of protein and vitamins. I prefer more grains and legumes to mix it up, vegetables as well. What specific component are you concerned about?
