Protein Sensitivity

I'm 33 year old male currently in the second week of my NLP. I started out at 5'8" 162 lbs. I'm currently at 168 lbs. My hopes are to get near 190 by the end of my NLP.
I just started tracking my diet on an app (MyMacros+ for those interested). I've been at about 180g in protein most days. I did have a day near 130g.
This got me thinking about the body's response to changes in amount of protein. Do these daily dips have a substantial impact? What amount of change does have an effect on day to day performance?
Thanks for all your nutrional advice. It has helped me tremendously over the years.

At your stage yes those dips will matter because you are breaking down and rebuilding protein at a rapid rate whereas a more advanced lifter does it cumulatively over a longer timeline. Glad to be of assistance.
