Missed OHP - more food or less weight
Started NLP December 1st. Missed two workouts around Christmas time due to wife having surgery. I’ve added 5 pounds each workout. I started to struggle a couple weeks ago, so I added about 200 calories. Went from 3000 calories to 3230. This evening I attempted to OHP 5 more pounds, but failed on the 5th rep of the first work set. So, eat more food or just increase less weight at this point.
Squat 220x5x3 from 105
Bench 175x5x3 from 105
OHP 125x5x3 from 75
Deadlift 310x5 from 155
44 years old
224 pounds - I’ve stayed around this weight since started.

5 more lb on the press is too much at this stage. You should be going up by 2 lb or so.
