Industrial ice cream after training

I have a question about industrial ice cream after training, to be more especific after prowler training 2 times a week in the morning during fasting period.
The ice cream is mixed in a blender with 30g of albumin, 100g of whole milk powder, 100g of oat flakes, 3 or 4 large spoons of ice cream and 2 or 3 oreo biscuits. (And 500ml of water)
I have 3 suplement shakes everyday with 30g of albumin, 100g of whole milk powder and 100g of oat flakes. The only time i'm planning to add (or not) the ice cream is in the first shake/meal of the day ( Tursday and Thursday) before the prowler.
I know this looks like a silly question (and probably is) but i would like to see our thoughts. I doing the NLP again but this time without messing with the program.

Weight: 122kg
Squat 3x5 - 158kg
Press 3x5 - 81kg
Bench 3x5 - 110kg
Deadlift 1x5 - 170kg
Prowler 5x5 (100 meters total) - 185kg in a 20mm artificial grass.
All lifts/exercises PR'ing every workouts

You're not messing with the program, but you're doing 185 kg prowlers? (4 meter runs though they may be).

My question is about some possible health problems associated with the frequent consume of ice cream or your personal opinion about take ice cream this way 2 times a week

Twice per week? I don't see an issue here. Why would there be an issue? It's ice cream not meth.

To be honest, i just measure again just to be sure, because 100 meters runs was just especulative. The real measure of prowler path is 10 meters and 67 cm, so its not 100 meters total but 250 meters total with 10 meters run back and foward.
