    Hello. I wanted to ask you for advice. I am 32 years old, 184 cm, 78 kg, squats - 130 kg *5, bench press - 95 kg * 5, bench press - 60 kg * 5, deadlift - 150 kg * 5.
I’ve been marking time for about 3-4 months now, training 5-6 times a week. What should I do? Should I reduce the amount of training, start eating more, or continue and wait for a miracle?) Thank you).

I'd suggest you focus more on your belly circumference (measured at the navel). The wight on the scale is one just one data point.
I weigh almost the same now as I did 3 years ago when I started training, but my belly is 6" less in circumference.

Give it enough time to lift heavier weights. You will not regret it.
