    Just here to share this. It’s really good. About 125-150g protein. Not for the faint of heart or lactose intolerant. It tastes like a key lime pie. It’s been super muggy here in MA lately, and this is becoming my morning meal replacement; helps me cool off before getting back to work:

    1 can sugar free ginger beer
    2 cups whole milk
    3 - 4 servings unflavored whey protein
    1/2 cup whole milk yogurt
    Ice
    A couple of Sugar free Graham crackers.

    Blend it and blast it to the face. You’re welcome.
