Default Modifying rackpull/halting deadlift height for long armed trainee

I have a trainee who finishes the deadlift with the bar 3" above his patellas due to his long arms.
As a result, rack pulls are heavy with a short range of motion. Halting deadlifts are essentially just deadlifts for him.
From my understanding of SS:BBT, I currently have him start rack pulls 1" under the tibial tuberosity. I have him finish the halting deadlift about 1/2" above the patella.

What modifications, if any, would you make to the starting and finishing positions of these lifts based on his arm length?

    Thank you for your time.

He's using straps anyway, so have him widen his grip to add ROM.
