Trash Back Work Arounds
Currently 3 weeks into sciatica. Squatting and DL seem to make it worse. Not too painful during the lifts but shows up the following morning.
How often can you press and bench per week? I’d like to do a press-bench-chin workout M-W-F.
As long as I’m eating and resting, should be good, right? Should calories be reduced?

Get a decent therapist to do a piriformis release on both sides of your hips.
